How It Works

The filtration zone consists of a perforated screen panel with circular holes ranging from 1 to 6 mm, which effectively separates solids from the wastewater. A shaftless screw fitted with cleaning brushes continuously cleans the screen surface to prevent clogging. An optional washing system can also be activated manually via a valve or automatically via a solenoid valve for enhanced cleaning efficiency.

In the transport zone, the shaftless screw conveys the captured solids along the auger toward the discharge outlet. Powered by a gear motor, the screw rotates to pick up and transport the separated waste material efficiently.
