MBBR Biochip

Short Description:

Holly’s MBBR BioChip is a high-performance carrier media designed for use in Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) systems. It offers a protected active surface area exceeding 5,500 m²/m³, providing an ideal environment for the immobilization of microorganisms responsible for various biological water treatment processes.

This surface area has been scientifically validated and significantly outperforms conventional carrier media, which typically range between 350 m²/m³ and 800 m²/m³. The application of HOLLY BioChip is characterized by exceptionally high pollutant removal rates and stable operational performance. In fact, our BioChip can deliver removal efficiencies up to 10 times higher than traditional media types, thanks to its advanced high-quality pore structure.
