Product Function

Environmentally friendly and durable, the media is made from polyethylene and consists of net tubes welded together to form a square block.
Its unique surface structure provides a large, accessible area that promotes enhanced biological growth, making it ideal for effective wastewater treatment.

Product Fearures

1. The bio media has a relatively rough surface to quickly build up a bioactive surface (biofilm).

2. High porosity ensures optimal oxygen transmission to the biofilm.

3. The design allows shed biofilm fragments to pass through the entire media, providing self-cleaning properties.

4. Circular or oval thread construction further increases the specific bioactive surface area.

5. Biologically and chemically non-degradable, with stable UV resistance, it can withstand temperature changes.

6. Easy to install in any type of tank or bioreactor without wasting space or materials.
